Court / Civil Division

The Civil / Courts Division of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office is responsible for all civil processes in Jackson County.  This includes suit on account's, divorce, subpoena's, and all other civil proceedings.  In addition, this division also has the responsibility of all inmate transports and court security.  All inmate Transports to court and prisoner transport from other jurisdictions are the duties assigned to the Division.  Court house and Court room security for all who visit and work inside a Court house are also the responsibility of this unit.
