Rules and Regulations for BEAR CREEK RESERVOIR Public Boat Ramp Access
1. NO Swimming
2. Gasoline, Diesel Engines are PROHIBITED
3. Absolutely no admittance when ramp is closed
4. NO Smoking
5. NO Littering (place all trash in receptacles)
6. Alchohol is Prohibited
7. Please allow at least 25' between parties
8. All Boaters & Fisherman must follow the Georgia DNR guidelines.
9. Please be courteous to other parties.
10. NO Boating craft over 20' in length may be launched.
11. All Public Access Boats must be off the reservoir 30 minutes prior to closing time each day.
12. All Boaters must have proper indentification at all times and register with attendant on duty.
13. NO BANK FISHING ALLOWED.

April - Setpember Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun 6:00am till 8:00pm
October - March Wed, Sat & Sun 6:00am till 5:00pm
Open Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day from 6:00am till 8:00pm
Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day
ACCESS FEES
Adults $5.00 daily
Under 18 $3.00 daily
Senior Citizens, Veterans and Physically Challednged $3.00 daily
Yearly Pass $25.00 per person
(All yearly passes purchased in 2009 will expire 12/31/09)
*Yearly Passes for 2010 are available
*Property Owners Permits for 2010 are available
