Provides HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance for over 50 county owned buildings and 6 county parks.
Provides custodial maintenance for the Administration Building, the Jackson County Municipal Airport, Environmental Health, and the 4-H County Extension offices.
Works closely with Capitol Projects doing finish work on new construction within the county
Provides support for the nine municipalities within Jackson County.
Sets up for meetings and special events at the Administration Building, the Courthouse, and at other locations as needed.
Assists with events such as Art in the Park and Taste of Jackson as needed.
Sets up voting machines at county polling locations for all county, state and national elections with the help of team members from other departments
