Buildings & Grounds Deparment

Here at Jackson County Buildings and Ground we have a dedicated group of technicians.

We provide HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance for all county owned buildings and all county parks.

We provide custodial maintenance for the Administration Building, Jackson Coutny Courthouse, Environmental Health, and the 4-H County Extension.

We perform services for the nine municipalities within Jackson County using in-kind labor.

We set up for meetings and special events at the Administration Building, Courthouse, and other locations as needed.

We deliver and set up voting machines at county polling locations for all county, state and national elections with the help of team members from other departments.
