In accordance with O.C.G.A. 48-5-264.1, please be advised that the Jackson County Property Appraisal Staff may be visiting your property to review your parcel information. Said property visit will be for the purpose of determining the correctness of the information contained in the county’s appraisal record for the property. The field appraiser from our office will have photo identification and will be driving a marked vehicle. Please contact our office at (706) 367-6330 if you have any questions.

- Appeal Filed on Property
- Construction of a new improvement or addition
- Countywide Property Review Process*
*The County-wide review is regulated by the State of Georgia’s Department of Revenue’s Appraisal Procedures Manual; 560-11-10-091(1)(d)(4)(iii), which states, “All real property parcels should be physically reviewed at least once every three years to ascertain that property information records are current.”
