Lost or Stolen Permits

LOST OR STOLEN WEAPONS CARRY LICENSES:

• Must be reported to police department or sheriff’s office and a copy of such report must be provided to the Probate Court.
• Must be reported to Probate Court within 48 hours of the loss.
• Replacement licenses cost $6.00.
• Only Weapons Carry Licenses issued by Jackson County can be replaced in this county.
